Summer Associate Program

The Summer Associate Program allows students to collaborate with senior leaders who are committed to growing, developing, and empowering the next generation of healthcare leaders.

Summer Associates will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Compliance on projects within a group setting across the organization.

The Compliance team partners with business stakeholders to support enterprise activities and to protect the EmblemHealth family of companies from reputational, financial, and regulatory harm.

Program Details

• Ten-week paid program : Monday, June 1 - Friday, August 7
• Full-time : 40 hours per week
• Hourly rate : $30 per hour
• Hybrid Work Schedule : May be asked to come to the office two days a week

Requirements

Analytical, collaborative, strong communication, and project management skills
