Construction Manager - Healthcare Government Programs

Salary Range : $90,000 - $120,000 / year

Project Location : Columbia, South Carolina

Job Type : Full-Time (Onsite)

Seeking multiple motivated and experienced Construction Manager Sr Architect Engineer (CM-Sr A / E) with construction program technical education and experience to join us in an infrastructure upgrade project at the VA Medical Center in Columbia, SC. Candidates will report to a Program Manager as well as collaborate and assist VA client staff to provide data, generate reports, as a representative for the client on major healthcare construction project.

Responsibilities :

• Overall management, in terms of technical quality, cost and schedule.
• Monitoring project financial data and budgetary cost information.
• Maintain an overall project schedule to coordinate construction contractor and transition to operations activities.
• Maintains daily progress reports and inspection reports. Leads the inspection and quality assurance team assigned to projects to ensure timely and effective project oversight.
• Project Documentation.
• Issue resolution.
• Oversight of testing, Inspection and Commissioning Services.
• Identify and mitigate risks on project(s) that will impact medical center facilities or that could have a severe impact on patient care.
