The Role
Join as a Hardware Analysis Engineer—a unique hybrid position where technical expertise meets customer engagement. You'll investigate complex field failures, lead root cause analyses, and serve as the technical voice for our customers. This newly created role combines hands-on problem solving with meaningful customer interaction.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose & Analyze : Perform detailed failure analysis on field returns and production issues, focusing on Tier 2 technical challenges requiring advanced diagnostic skills
- Be the Customer's Advocate : Serve as the primary technical contact for quality concerns, translating complex findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Drive Solutions : Lead cross-functional investigations using FMEA, 8D methodology, and Root Cause Analysis to solve problems and prevent recurrence
- Enable Improvement : Identify trends, create failure statistics, and collaborate with R&D, production, and service teams to continuously improve products and processes

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)3-5 years in quality engineering, failure analysis, or customer-facing technical supportExperience with power electronics is a must haveSix Sigma Green Belt certification (minimum)Strong background in electronics and failure analysis techniquesExcellent communication skills—ability to manage customer relationships professionallyBenefits
