At Pomeroy Living , we're not just a senior living community we're a place residents call home. We're seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to help us maintain our safe, beautiful, and comfortable environment for the residents who live here and the team who cares for them.

What You'll Do :

Your hands-on work helps ensure everything runs smoothly and safely.

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

Handle repairs and general upkeep of buildings, grounds, and resident apartments

Assist with room turnovers , including light renovations, painting, drywall repair, etc.

Move and transport furniture and equipment as needed

Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained community environment

What You Bring :

Strong knowledge of building systems & basic code requirements

Proficiency with hand and power tools

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Dependable, team-oriented, and customer-service focused
