The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator is responsible for supporting the brand's digital marketing efforts through email, social media, and community engagement. This role will execute email campaigns in Klaviyo, maintain a social content calendar, assist in photoshoots, and manage day-to-day community engagement. The ideal candidate has both creative sensibility and technical skill - someone who can set up an email flow, style a flat-lay, and craft poetic-minimal captions that embody the brand's quiet luxury aesthetic.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

• Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns and automated flows.
• Manage segmentation and personalization strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance (open rate, CTR, revenue attribution) and share insights with the team.
