Lasso is looking for an innovative and experienced leader to join our growing sales team. The VP of Sales will work closely with C-level leadership and be responsible for leading a team to drive the adoption of Lasso’s omni-channel healthcare marketing platform while building relationships with key decision makers at both healthcare / pharma media agencies as well as the brands themselves. About The Job :

  • Actively manage a team of Sales Directors and Sales Managers through coaching, strategic mapping and target assignment
  • Develop and communicate the current sales landscape, opportunity pipelines and growth strategies with the CRO and senior leadership
  • Work closely with product and client services leadership to ensure sales and account team readiness in conjunction with new feature releases
  • Manage a vibrant network of healthcare marketing decision makers while driving further awareness of Lasso with industry partners and taste-makers
  • Integrate sales, marketing, and product management communication and goals into overall sales strategy
  • Share motivating sales presentations and demos, and be able to compellingly explain Lasso’s unique platform capabilities and overall value proposition
  • Grow and evolve our sales team with inventive strategies, thought leadership, and collaborative staff development
  • Identify opportunities for product development in anticipation of new client needs
  • Be an expert on industry use cases and technical needs, and be able to speak to Lasso as a market solution
  • Leverage your expertise to develop and support a talented and independent team

Must Have :

  • 8+ years experience in the digital media buying ecosystem (programmatic, social, email, etc)
  • Proven track record of success in platform sales and team management
  • Strong presentation and networking skills and the ability to teach those skills to a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams
  • Passion for negotiating complex deals, executing client needs cross functionally, and building excellent relationships internally and externally
  • Bonus Points For :

  • Longstanding relationships with health marketing agencies, health and wellness brands, and pharmaceutical brands
  • Knowledge of agency media planning process, including how programmatic fits alongside social, email and TV
  • Knowledge of paid search and other emerging media channels
  • Familiarity with ad serving platforms (Google Ad Manager, Sizmek, etc.)
