Fibergrate Composite Structures, a division of RPM International (NYSE : RPM), is seeking for a full-time Territory Manager who is experienced and highly motivated in the Central California Region (Los Angeles, Thousand Oaks, Anaheim, Irvine, Long Beach, Huntington Beach, Santa Clarita).
Fibergrate started in 1966, which leads us to today as a global manufacturer of fiberglass reinforced plastic products for industrial and recreational use.

Draw against (starting at $60k) + Uncapped commission.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maximize revenue throughout defined territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Prospect throughout territory to develop new customers and opportunities.
- Manage sales backlog to ensure orders are shipped to customers expeditiously.
- Build relationships with general contractors, engineers, and architects.
- Prepare proposals & presentations.
- Pursues all leads generated from website, referrals, internal, etc.
- Accurately track and record daily activities in Salesforce CRM.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Fibergrate products to sell value.
- Maintain acceptable account receivables for the territory.

- Strong ability to generate new business while strengthening existing relationships.
- Strong ability to maintain professionalism throughout entity of sales cycle.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to comprehend construction drawings / blueprints.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Four-year degree
- 2 years sales experience, preferably in industrial or engineered product sales.
- No restrictions on driving privileges
Successful candidate will be rewarded with :
- Open-ended compensation plan with a monthly draw ($60,000 / annually) against uncapped commissions
