Territory Manager - Pain Management

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and results-oriented sales professional to join our team. You will be responsible for expanding the companies presence in the commercial pain management market across California, Arizona, and Nevada.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through prospecting via calls, emails, and research.
  • Conduct in-person product demonstrations and presentations to convert leads into new customers.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular communication and visits.
  • Collaborate with key referral sources like nurse case managers and lawyers.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Travel 1-2 weeks per month, ideally residing in Southern California.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in medical devices, DME, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of pain management needs and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a sense of urgency.
  • Highly organized and able to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to travel as required.

A Plus

Educational background or experience in physical therapy or athletic training.
