Job description

Manager, Customer Consulting

Help clients design customer strategies that address the customers' needs and desired outcomes. Build connections between digital and analog channels, providing personalized and contextually rich experiences utilizing technology and analytics. Enhance the overall customer experience by actively engaging customers, products, partners, and employees. Develop marketing strategies and operating models, portfolio and brand management, and improve the channel strategies. Manage financial analysis, model demand and capacity, and report on operational performance. Coach and supervise the team. 40 hrs / week, Mon-Fri, 8 : 30 a.m. - 5 : 30 p.m. The salary range is $235,373 - $235,373 / year, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Minimum requirements :

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor's progressive related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience with each of the following :
  • Analyzing customer economics, business performance and cost to serve;
  • Understanding customer trends in the B2B and B2C space, as well as across industries;
  • Assisting companies in addressing multi-layer, complex client issues in support of enterprise architecture and technology strategies;
  • Developing and implementing Go-To-Market models, including channel mix and partnerships, product and service bundling, sales organization models and value propositions;
  • Leveraging digital analytics to enhance and optimize business operations.
  • 80% telecommuting permitted.
  • Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
  • Travel requirement(s) : Domestic and / or international travel required up to 80%.
