What this job involves

Provide general overall FM services including periodic monitoring of facility. Work with operations manager to handle routine facilities management operations, including procurement of supplies and services, escorting vendors, managing access to facilities, assisting with other general duties as requested.

What is your day to day?

  • Assist Facility Management Team with tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives
  • Provide facility specific assistance to the facilities management team as needed or requested
  • Manage and maintain small facility management tasks as assigned
  • Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directed
  • Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities
  • Provide general overall facility management services including periodic monitoring of facilities
  • Ensure appropriate follow up with client, vendors and stakeholders
  • Provide direction / information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination / execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

  • 2+ years' experience with Facility or Property Administration
  • GED or High school diploma
  • Superior customer service skills and orientation
  • Must be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets and have capability of customizing administrative reports
  • Preferred

  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
  • Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills
  • Strong organizational skills and collaborative style
  • Proficient in CMMS systems, Corrigo experience preferred
  • Compensation

    Salary : 41,000 to 51,000

    Estimated compensation for this position : 54,000.00 - 65,000.00 USD per year
