Position : Field Operations ManagerSalary : up to $85KType : Direct Hire or contractDuties : Manage technical aspects of work and all those working underneath him / her, Oversee up to 40 field techs and inspectors, read reports techs are writing daily and provide feedback, make sure techs have the equipment they need, making sure techs are performing to expected levels, Supporting the technicians and provide training, interfacing between Techs and PMs and laboratory, in charge of making sure field equipment is functional, compare field reports with tech timesheets and resolve discrepancies
Requirements :
Ideal Candidate would be someone that was a tech before and is good at managing people, good at helping others. *This person will not be managing projects*Must have clean driving record*Must be able to pass 'livescan' background review through Department of Justice.
