Our law firm, dedicated exclusively to helping veterans receive the benefits they’ve earned, is seeking a Case Manager to join our compassionate and high-performing team. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients—our nation's heroes—and serve as their steady guide throughout the legal process.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for veterans and their families during the claims and appeals process
Gather, organize, and analyze military, medical, and service-related records
Prepare case files for attorney review and track deadlines using firm systems
Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates, gather information, and offer reassurance
Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff to ensure case progress and client satisfaction
Follow established procedures while identifying opportunities to improve systems

Qualifications
Experience in case management, client services, paralegal work, social work, or related field is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms (we’ll train you on our systems)
