As a Product Designer, you'll be accountable for managing work-streams, providing product direction, leading within the design team, and tackling complex problems.

You'll also be responsible for launching well-executed products, connecting related projects, and influencing team culture.

With exceptional design skills, experience in high-fidelity prototyping, and a track record of improving tools and frameworks, you'll contribute to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture while fostering a healthy design process.

Role Responsibilities : What you'll do

  • Managing entire work-streams , providing product direction through goal-setting and planning.
  • Leading within the design team and among cross-functional peers.
  • Tackling systems-level problems with numerous interconnected constraints.
  • Launching well-defined and well-executed products.
  • Solving Product Design problems that few others can.
  • Connecting related projects across the company to resolve issues or joint decisions quickly.

Role Requirements : What you need to succeed

  • 12+ years of Product Design experience, or related field, working in a scaled or scaling tech company
  • Experience defining business requirements for a complex area, across one or multiple teams
  • Exceptional in dimensions of design, e.g., Product thinking, Interaction Design, Execution, Visual Craft, Prototyping
  • Skilled in using high-fidelity prototyping tools and scales their impact through tools, driving company any level objectives
  • Experience developing and improving tools, frameworks, or existing systems
  • Track record of proactively identifying and driving initiatives that strengthen the team

$210,000 year to $240,000 a year + equity + benefits

Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S.

locations that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s final level and final location.

Also, this range represents base salary only and does not include equity, orbenefits, if applicable.
