The Automotive Segment is at the heart of that mission. Dealerships, OEMs, and mobility innovators rely on Lyft Concierge, Lyft Pass, and Business Profiles to create seamless courtesy rides, warranty shuttles, and micro-commute programs. We are looking for a Sales Manager who can both inspire a small but mighty team and cultivate the strategic partnerships that will unlock our next wave of growth.

Responsibilities :

• Lead with purpose

Coach a team of high-energy sellers and account managers, setting clear goals and creating a culture where everyone learns, shares, and wins.

Architect scalable playbooks for dealership expansion, OEM integrations, and new mobility use cases. Turn data into insight and insight into tested plays.

Deepen relationships with national dealer groups, automotive software platforms, and emerging EV manufacturers. Negotiate agreements that drive bookings and margin while elevating the customer experience. Drive disciplined growth

Forecast with rigor, inspect pipelines weekly, and remove roadblocks so the team consistently exceeds monthly and quarterly targets.

Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to shape offerings that delight passengers and create durable value for our automotive customers.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $126,400 - $158,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
