A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume hiring workflows for hourly positions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing, pre-screening, and presenting qualified candidates to Hiring Managers
Manage large applicant funnels and ensure data integrity in the ATS
Proactively build candidate pipelines from various sourcing tools and implement efficiencies in the hiring process
Required Qualifications
Experience in high-volume recruiting and managing applicant flows
Ability to handle multiple vacancies while maintaining data integrity in the ATS
Demonstrated agility in balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and candidate assessment methods
Experience in providing excellent candidate experiences throughout the hiring process
