We are seeking a talented Full-Time Graffiti Technician to join our team to contribute to the upkeep and visual appeal of our client’s sites within the Bay Area.

This role is represented by a local Union.

Pay Range $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Position Full-Time Graffiti Technician

Schedule Monday through Friday 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm w / lunch

Responsibilities

• Graffiti Removal : Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and materials to remove graffiti promptly and effectively.
• Inspections : Conduct regular inspections to identify and assess graffiti-prone areas, developing strategies to mitigate future incidents.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed records of graffiti incidents, including locations, types, and removal methods, to inform preventative measures.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other maintenance and security personnel to ensure a coordinated effort in maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Equipment Maintenance : Regularly inspect and maintain graffiti removal equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in graffiti removal or related maintenance work is preferred.
• Knowledge of safe handling and use of cleaning agents and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• The hiring process requires a candidate to undergo Live Scan background check.
