Senior Business Systems Product Owner

A company is looking for a Senior Product Owner, Business Systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of business systems and act as the primary resource for system usage, performance, and adoption

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and recommend system enhancements

Proactively suggest new features and lead assessments of alternative solutions while ensuring compliance and smooth delivery of enhancements

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business systems product ownership

Strong understanding of enterprise systems including CRM, ETL, ERP, ITSM / HRSD

Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions

Ability to thrive in complex, cross-functional environments

Familiarity with writing queries using SQL or SOQL is a plus
