Job Title
Checking in guests, showing that classic "customer service" smile, We want to help answer guest questions and make their stay as enjoyable as we possibly can. If you are a people kind of person, then we want you for this position. Some Weekend / Holiday's required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all standards are being applied.
- Address all guest concerns and ensure follow up is complete.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
- Perform other duties as assigned. Helping other team members and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications
24 hour week, must be available either 7am-3pm. 3pm-11pm. shiftsHighly organized and the ability to multi-task.Must possess a thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.Must possess basic computer skills.Must be able to stand for long periods of time.Benefits / Perks
