Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

Monday - Friday,

1st Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM

Pay rate : $25.00-$29.00 hr - depending on experience

Job Title : Electro-Mechanical Assembler / Technician

Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler / Technician with expertise in mechanical, electrical, and wire / harness assembly. This position involves the assembly of laser systems and associated tooling. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision and is eager to contribute to innovative projects.

Responsibilities :

• Perform mechanical, opto-mechanical, and electrical assembly work with minimal supervision.
• Assist the Engineering team in assembling systems for prototypes or one-of-a-kind builds.
• Assemble complete systems from the ground up, including frames, enclosures, electrical cabinets, opto-mechanics, and robotics.
• Handle system preparation, crating, and shipping / receiving of products.
• Occasionally assist with material management and logistics.
• Generate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) as needed.
• Maintain detailed records related to assembly and processes.
