Join our team as a Global Payroll Systems Operations Specialist in New York, NY.

This full-time position involves ensuring the accuracy and compliance of international payroll processes.

You will coordinate data files, troubleshoot system issues, and manage multiple projects using advanced technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate global payroll processes with third-party vendors and internal teams.

Maintain setup tables for earnings and deduction elements for all global payrolls.

Load, reconcile, and audit data feeds from HR systems to payroll systems.

Assist in the coordination of year-end processing and global taxation.

Develop and maintain departmental documentation and provide training.

Qualifications

10 years of payroll experience in a large company.

Strong multi-state payroll experience and knowledge of payroll accounting.

Exposure to international payroll practices and procedures.

Advanced skills in spreadsheet software, especially for data analysis.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
