Compensation

• Average pay : $1,450 per week
• 2 years of verified experience 31% of line haul
• 3-5 years verified experience 33% of line haul
• 5+ years verified experience 35% of line haul
• Additional pay :
• $15 / hr Breakdown pay, max of $200 for the day,
• Detention pay- based on the customer, typically paid after 2 hours
• Deadhead is paid after 90miles @ .30cpm
• Bonuses :
• $2,500 referral bonus ($500 at 30 days, $1,000 at 90 days, $1,000 at 120 days)
• Paid via Direct Deposit Weekly

Home Time Route & Schedule

• Flexible home time, ability to be home every weekend!
• Schedule- Monday-Friday, home weekends!
• Weekends available if preferred
• Route : Lower 48 states + Canada, primarily throughout Midwest
• Level of Touch : Drop & Hook, live Load / Unload

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• 2 years verified Tractor / Trailer Experience Required in the last 5 years
• Must be able to pass background check & drug screening
• Must have at least 2 years with no failed or rejected drug screenings
• Clean driving record, no more than 1 accident in last 12 months, no more than 3 in the last 36 months
• X-Endorsement (hazmat / tanker) not required, but highly recommended
• Must live within 100 miles of Chattanooga, TN
