Infrastructure Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Build, lead, and coach a team of 5-8 engineers to manage the infrastructure for the platform

Empower the team by providing product and business context, supporting ownership of the roadmap and technical excellence

Collaborate with various teams to enhance migration experiences and coach engineers in product thinking and quality

Required Qualifications

3+ years in people management with a software or infrastructure engineering team

Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and complex resource requirements

Deep understanding of Terraform and cloud infrastructure state management

Experience leading teams through the product development lifecycle

Interest in the company's mission and values, with a drive to progress in the data and analytics ecosystem
