Position Summary

Salary Range is $17.00 to $19.50

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you play an integral role in delivering effective solutions for our patients by providing support to our Specialty Infusion members which includes taking payments and resolving inquiries.

In this role, you will answer questions regarding charges, insurance, and billing; monitor the review of patient liabilities for payment status and provide excellent customer service.

To be successful in this role you must work independently, maintain availability to answer inbound phone calls while managing multiple tasks, prioritizing issues as they arise and have experience working with Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Candidates must be able to work an 8-hour shift between 6 : 30am - 5 : 00pm Arizona time; Monday - Friday.

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in customer service, billing / collections, or call center environment; beginner level experience working in Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of healthcare billing, collections practices, and / or infusion services.

Education

Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$17.00 - $29.88

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
