A company is looking for a Support Engineer - Bilingual Japanese & English.
Key Responsibilities
Aid in deploying AVD environments and collaborate with clients to gather requirements
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers during AVD deployments
Demonstrate technical expertise in Intune, FSLogix, and Active Directory to resolve customer issues
Required Qualifications
Fluency in both English and Japanese
3+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
Experience with virtualization technologies, preferably Azure Virtual Desktop
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS
Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP / IP and DNS
