What will your role be?
Your role as a Manufacturing Project Manager to lead our projects ensuring timely execution while maintaining top-notch quality and cost efficiency.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing project teams, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across various departments.
Activities :
- Lead program and project teams to ensure timely execution while maintaining quality and cost efficiency
- Develop business cases using financial and operational data
- Establish and control program / project schedules using earned value management techniques
- Define and manage the industrial set-up of projects, including work breakdown structure
- Manage project resources within the company's matrix organization
- Assist in financial planning, cost analysis, and control for operational and capitalized expenditures
- Report program / project status to customers and internal stakeholders
- Create and implement program / project customer acceptance plans
- Track tasks and actions against project baselines, establishing and monitoring KPIs
- Conduct milestone gate reviews with senior leadership steering committee
- Maintain stakeholder engagement and communication plans
- Lead improvement projects in collaboration with various departments (Production, Quality, Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering)
- Utilize change management practices in project deployment
- Monitor performance of deployed program / projects and address any issues or delays
- Oversee all activities associated with the program to ensure goals are achieved
- Manage resources across all projects within the program to promote collaboration among project teams
What skills and qualifications are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Management
- 5-8 years of proven experience in project and program management
- PMP Certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of project management tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to motivate and unite teams toward project goals
- Demonstrated effective communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize duties to meet deadlines
