Job description

  • Locations include : Bloomington, Burnsville, Minnetonka, Wayzata, White Bear Lake, Roseville, and additional surrounding Twin Cities metro locations.
  • Compensation : Ranges from $17 / hr - $20 / hr, varying based on experience and position.
  • Available Roles : Service Biller, Inventory Analyst, Accounting Clerk, Funding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process invoices and reconcile accounts to ensure precise financial documentation.
  • Assist in budget management, expense tracking, and reporting to support effective financial decision-making.
  • Maintain and audit financial records for compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and address billing or payment inquiries.
  • Utilize accounting software and Excel to analyze financial data and support daily operations.

    • Minimum Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in a finance, accounting, or billing support role.
  • Proficiency in Excel and navigating financial systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills under deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
