We're looking for a Technical Designer (Fashion) who's passionate, resourceful, and ready to help us level up. What You'll Do

• Own the technical design process from prototype to pre-production
• Measure fit samples and prepare for fittings (live model + dress form)
• Audit garment construction and ensure quality across categories and fabrications
• Lead fit sessions and translate feedback into clear, actionable comments (written + visual)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fit, fabric, and wash quality meet brand standards
• Communicate directly with overseas vendors—professional, timely, and precise
• Proactively identify and solve product / quality issues before they impact timelines
• Track, manage, and prioritize workload across multiple categories
