Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, demonstrating empathy throughout the claims process

Document and communicate claim activity efficiently, adhering to clients' and corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience

Active CT adjusters license

Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices

Computer experience with related claims and business software
