Corporate Travel Co-op
Program Dates : January 5, 2026 - June 19, 2026
The base pay for this position is $23 per hour. This is a Boston based opportunity with a four-day in office expectation (Monday - Thursday) with one day remote (Friday). At this time, Wayfair will not sponsor applicants for employment authorization for this position for the following work visas : STEM OPT EAD, H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, J-1, or TN.
Who We Are
At Wayfair, we are looking for a Corporate Travel Co-op who exhibits a friendly demeanor, sound judgment, and a rigorous attention to detail. The Corporate Travel Co-op is a high-touch customer facing role; a successful candidate will be a people person, comfortable fostering relationships with both internal and external partners. In this role you will be able to own projects and help build processes to support colleagues within the corporate travel and community experience programs. This team member will have superior communication skills, be tech savvy, and have a strong work ethic.
What You'll Do
Maintain corporate travel processes and troubleshoot problems with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners
Assist employees with booking business travel and co-manage the travel approval workflow
Coordinate room blocks and register teams for tradeshows
Understand our travel policy and evangelize to travelers and travel arrangers on making savvy travel decisions
Heavy data analytics, mostly via Google Sheets
