The base pay for this position is $23 per hour

This is a Boston based opportunity with a 4 day in office expectation (Monday - Thursday) with 1 day remote (Friday)

As a Co-op in this department, you will have the opportunity to add value by driving projects, working with a diverse group of people and diving into complex problems.

What You'll Do

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders on challenges related to the hiring, development, and / or engagement of Wayfair's workforce

Use creative skills to innovate & improve approaches to recruiting, learning, and / or performance management to build the best team

Use data and good judgment to inform decisions around hiring, learning offerings, and / or people policies and procedures

Communicate effectively with key partners and stakeholders such as business leaders, new hires, and managers

Exercise strong organizational and prioritization skills to deliver results and solutions to human capital challenges

What You'll Need

Basic Qualifications :

• A student pursuing an undergraduate degree graduating between December 2026 - May 2029 with a 3.0 GPA minimum.
• Must be returning to the course of study following completion of the Co-op
• Ability to commit to working 40 hours / week (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday) from January 5 to June 19, 2026 in our Boston office
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future. Visa sponsorship includes the following work visas : STEM OPT EAD, H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, J-1, or TN.
