The purpose of this position is to provide project management, consulting, reporting, and accounting services for approved strategic initiatives and process improvements in Corporate Accounting.
The impact this position has on Publix is achieving the projected return on investments (ROI) for strategic initiatives and enabling process efficiencies to appropriately scale accounting operations to minimize costs as Publix grows.
Responsibilities include :
- managing projects to implement strategic and innovative initiatives and process improvements in Corporate Accounting and related business areas
- providing consultation regarding implemented business processes to both internal and external customers
- providing reporting for the support of implemented strategic initiatives and business projects
