CNC Maintenance Technician

Schedule | 5 : 00am - 1 : 30pm

Pay | $28 - $30 per hour

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and CNC equipment, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Perform scheduled, preventive, and predictive maintenance using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
• Conduct facility electrical repairs, installations, and safety checks while ensuring compliance with all safety procedures.
• Support lean and continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations.
• Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and quality records and report unsafe conditions promptly.
