Duration : 12-Month Contract

Pay Rate : $22.50 / hour + $2.00 / hour Shift Differential for 3rd Shift

Shift : 3rd Shift (11 : 30 PM - 8 : 00 AM)

Position Summary :

We are hiring a Manufacturing Manager for our manufacturing facility in Rosharon, TX. In this role, you will support the production team by maintaining, repairing, and managing tooling and equipment used in manufacturing operations. You'll work with lathes, grinders, and 3D printers, ensuring that all tools are in top condition for efficient production.

Key Responsibilities :

• Polish tooling using a lathe.
• Mold various parts for robot end-of-arm tooling.
• Operate and maintain 3D printers.
• Track and manage tooling inventory for production.
• Use work order travelers to stage tooling for production.
• Perform dimensional inspections of parts and components.
• Diagnose defects and repair mechanical assemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints and component drawings.
• Maintain and perform regular counts of critical spare inventories.
• Operate a surface grinder to resurface tooling as needed.
• Operate a hydraulic press for press-fit assemblies.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
