Responsibilities :

  • Directs all patient interactive positions and provides for the operational needs of these positions.
  • Maintains communication with patients, staff, and customers regarding the level of services they receive from FNS staff, and promotes patient satisfaction.
  • Maintains adequate staffing for daily needs reflecting cost efficiency.
  • Collaborates in the process of menu development for patient, cafeteria, and catering services.
  • Conducts frequent patient rounding and visitations.
  • Conducts job shadowing audits to assess efficacy of training programs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the leader.

Qualifications : In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following :

  • Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's / Associate degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Culinary or related field; or Three (3) years of equivalent combination of education and foodservice-related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.
  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Registered Dietitian. If not currently certified, certification (CDM) to be obtained within 24 months of hire.
  • Current certification as a ServSafe Food Protection Manager and ServSafe Allergen Certifications.
  • Physical Requirements - Medium Work.

    Pay Range : $26.75 - $41.54 / hour Shift : Days
