The Hired Guns are seeking a Digital Media Buyer to support paid social campaigns at a leading digital agency for media, entertainment, and the arts.

As a hands‑on, end‑to‑end campaign manager across social media channels, you will collaborate with the digital teams—planning, search, social, programmatic, data, and creative—to deliver high‑quality campaigns for arts organizations, social‑justice causes, and higher education. You will own the budget, pacing, optimization, and QA of digital advertising campaigns across the entire social media landscape.

Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Display Network, and other social platforms. Own budget, pacing, optimization, and quality assurance. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet and exceed campaign KPIs. Traffick media and maintain campaign documentation. Use first‑ and third‑party data to optimize campaign performance.

Qualifications

2+ years of media buying experience (preferably in a digital agency). Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, YouTube, Google Search, Google Display Network, and Google Analytics. Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns to meet and surpass KPIs. Strong organizational and mathematical skills with a reputation for delivering high‑quality work on deadline. Previous media trafficking experience is required.
