Job Title : Physical Therapist – Inpatient (Full-Time, Permanent) Location : San Angelo, TX 76903 Shift : 12-Hour Day Shifts | Full-Time Salary : $70,000 – $85,000 (dependent on experience) Relocation Assistance : $5,000 (negotiable) About the Role : We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our inpatient care team in San Angelo, TX. In this role, you will evaluate, treat, and monitor patients across all age groups, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality rehabilitative care. New graduates are welcome to apply. Responsibilities : Evaluate, treat, and monitor patients; modify therapy programs and goals as needed. Perform accurate and timely clinical documentation and charge entry. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams. Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment plans and rehabilitation goals. Supervise ancillary staff, students, and volunteers. Advance clinical knowledge through continuing education and evidence-based practice. Ensure compliance with organizational, state, and national regulatory guidelines. Proven leadership and teamwork abilities in fast-paced environments. Proficient computer skills and knowledge of rehabilitation equipment. High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively. Qualifications : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (required). Licensed Physical Therapist (PT). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained within 90 days of hire). New graduates are encouraged to apply.
