About The Role

As a Process Engineer at Ernesta, you will play a critical role in optimizing our internal and external operations. You will design workflows, drive continuous improvement, and act as a bridge between business technology and on-the-ground execution. You will be responsible for ensuring our production processes are efficient, accurate, and scalable, while supporting quality, throughput, and inventory management.

What You'll Do

Process Improvement and Optimization

• Design and refine workflows to maximize efficiency.
• Lead lean implementation projects, conduct time studies, and drive layout optimization.
• Lead introduction of new products to the warehouse and serve as liaison between ATL1 and corporate partners.
• Document revised processes in SOPs and develop training / onboarding materials.
