A company is looking for a HR Administrator for a remote full-time position.Key Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboardingSupport employee lifecycle activities, including benefits administration, payroll processing, and offboardingAssist with HR policy development, implementation, and enforcementRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2+ years of experience in human resources with knowledge of HR best practices and employment lawsProficiency in HRIS and payroll systemsAbility to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote settingHR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
