About the Role

As a Program Manager, Inclusion and Diversity you will drive an engaged and inclusive organization. You will support a broad spectrum of diversity, inclusion, and workplace culture opportunities.

Responsibilities

Managing external I&D partnerships to support employee development and business needs related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Creating and implementing behavior-based I&D learning solutions and development programs.

Partnering with the business and HR to infuse I&D considerations into talent and other HR processes.

Leading the LexisNexis employee resource group (ERG) program and overseeing ERG budget

Researching I&D best practices to support innovative solutions meeting stakeholder needs.

Ensuring I&D programming aligns with clear, measurable goals and is globally scalable.

Requirements

Possess a Bachelor's or advanced education in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.

Be an experienced professional in Human Resources, with expertise in inclusion and diversity, talent management, or learning and development.

Have experience managing large-scale, enterprise-wide I&D programs.

Be a strategic thinker with excellent project management and critical thinking skills.

Be an effective communicator who can advocate for the overall I&D strategy.

Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to measure the impact of diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with HR, leadership, and employee resource groups to promote inclusivity.
