Energize the team with a morning huddle, setting the tone for exceptional customer service and sales excellence. As the day unfolds, you navigate the store, ensuring displays are as organized as a well-arranged battery shelf.
You lead by example, assisting customers with a smile that lights up the room and guiding your team to achieve sales goals.
Your day is a fast-paced adventure, filled with challenges and victories, leaving you and your team charged up for success.
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR NEW STORE MANAGER :
Must-Have Qualifications :
- Leadership / management experience
- Retail / sales experience
- Training and development experience
Preferred Qualifications :
- Ability to lead and manage retail and commercial store sales activities
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and detail-oriented manager
WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION :
- Position Type : Full-Time
- Schedule : 7 days a week (store hours to be determined)
- Location : Las Vegas, NV
