Job description

Job Title

This position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by providing administrative support to the Morton location.

Responsibilities

Review & finalize delivery routes daily

Bank reconciliation via SAP daily

Posting payments daily

Over / Short reconciliation

No payment reconciliation

AR Trend Analysis review

Assisting in dispute management

Supplier request / supplier refunds

Cultural & Inclusion team

Location communication board

Compensation and Benefits

The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,600 - $68,050.

Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Prior experience providing administrative support.

Strong computer skills in Office excel specific.

Aptitude to work with minimal supervision.

Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency

Outstanding organization, time management, and communication skills

Lifting of 50+ pounds daily
