What You’ll Do

• Lead & Support – Supervise and guide a 2-person help desk team, monitor ticket queues, and ensure top-notch end-user support.
• Azure & 365 Administration – Manage user accounts, access, MFA, and support Microsoft services like Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Cybersecurity Partner – Act as the key liaison with our MSSP, review alerts / reports, coordinate remediation, and keep leadership informed.
• Educate & Communicate – Translate technical / security updates into clear, simple language and support security awareness initiatives (training, phishing simulations, newsletters).
• Project Involvement – Assist with IT and cybersecurity projects, infrastructure updates, and vendor coordination.
