Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring First-Line Manufacturing Managers (Level K) to support the 777 Fuselage Assembly Center (FAC) team in Everett, WA . This position is available for 2nd or 3rd shift, which will be determined at the time of offer.
The 777 FAC First Line Leader role operates at the center of an increasingly dynamic and fast-paced environment, where production demands, decision-making, and team coordination must keep pace with a rapidly changing environment. As the organization pushes towards rate increases and greater efficiency, this position requires a leader who can maintain clarity under pressure, guide teams through constant change, and drive performance while upholding safety, quality, and accountability. It is a role designed for someone who thrives in a high-energy setting and is ready to lead with confidence, adaptability, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Position Responsibilities :
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work in Everett WA.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range : $126,500 - $146,500
