What You'll Do
As an Automotive Service Manager, you are the leader of the businessresponsible for performance, people, and customer experience. You will:
- Own the customer experienceconsult, educate, and build trust while delivering solutions that meet customer needs
- Drive sales and profitability by presenting clear, value-based recommendations and pricing
- Lead from the frontcoach, train, and motivate technicians and advisors to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Oversee full vehicle inspections and build comprehensive repair plans using digital repair orders
- Manage workflow and productivity to maximize bay efficiency and cycle time
- Develop your team through hands-on leadership, accountability, and performance feedback
- Maintain operational excellenceinventory control, shop organization, safety, and cleanliness
- Run the store like it's your ownresults matter, and so does how you get them
You may supervise up to 10 team members and will play a key role in developing future leaders within the organization.
What We're Looking For
This role is for leaders, not order-takers. You should bring:
- 2+ years of experience as a Service Manager, Store Manager, or similar leadership role
- Strong automotive knowledge (tires, maintenance, mechanical repair fundamentals)
- A sales-driven mindset with the ability to confidently present and close recommendations
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and customer-facing professionalism
- High accountability, urgency, and pride in performance
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule (including weekends and occasional evenings)
- Valid driver's license
