My client, a leader in advanced x-ray systems and inspection technology, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to ensure mission-critical equipment performs flawlessly in demanding environments. Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade advanced x-ray systems

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure reliability

Debug PLC and PC-based control programs

Manage and update engineering documentation (drawings, BOMs, specs)

Partner with customers and internal teams to solve technical challenges

Qualifications

Associate's degree in STEM + 7 years technical / engineering experience (Bachelor's preferred)

Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills

Proficiency with MS Office, networking, and CAD programs

US citizen, able to meet defense / nuclear facility site access requirements

Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
