We are looking for an experienced paralegal to join our legal team supporting the company's operations in the Americas. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of paralegal experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter with strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills. Under minimal supervision, the paralegal will provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries from employees and internal and external legal counsel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Review and negotiate a variety of standard agreements with vendors and customers, including non-disclosure agreements, marketing agreements, influencer agreements, and after-sales service agreements.
- Support litigation discovery, including the collection and production of documents, and communicate with outside counsel regarding the same.
- Organize and coordinate responses to document requests, subpoenas, and other records requests in connection with civil, administrative, and criminal investigations or proceedings.
- Represent the legal department internally and respond to employee inquiries about department processes and procedures.
- Assist with operations including outside counsel engagements and billing; contribute to the development of policies and procedures; respond to requests for executed contracts.
- Organize, label, and file contracts and case materials as directed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Typically works in an office environment, involving sitting certain hours a day, lifting up to 15 pounds, etc.Estimated salary range is $90,000 – $100,000 annually for the Fremont, California office.
