Accounts Payable Specialist
Our client in North Bethesda, MD is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing team. This opportunity is on a HYBRID schedule.
The successful candidate will perform AP data entry at a high volume and manage vendors. This individual should be an independent thinker with strong attention to detail as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized and ready to pick up tasks quickly!
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist with the administration of the company credit card program.
- Audit and verify expense reports.
- Monitor the Accounts Payable centralized mailboxes and respond to inquiries.
- Assist with year-end audits and 1099 processing.
- Perform special assignments as requested.
Requirements :
- 3+ years of relevant experience performing Accounts Payable duties
- GED or High School Diploma
- Associates Degree preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite / Excel
- Familiarity with one or more ERP systems preferred
