Job Description

As a Biometric Technician (BT), you will support USCIS Application Support Center (ASC) operations in Grand Rapids, MI. Amentum provides all necessary training. This is an on-call (casual) position, requiring availability Monday through Friday, 7 : 45 am to 4 : 15 pm, for substitute coverage. Hours are not guaranteed, and employees are on an "as needed" basis, suitable for those seeking supplemental income and flexibility.

Primary Responsibilities

• Complete biometric registration for applicants seeking legal immigration.
• Ensure all entrants are approved applicants or visitors, managing crowd control and enforcing policies.
• Provide front-line customer service, representing Amentum and USCIS.
