We are hiring a Product Manager for our Temperature Control sector immediately - a role critical to customers’ electricity, heating, and cooling needs.
This position is a remote with 40% travel across the country.

What you’ll do :
- Establish current and long-range objectives, and execution plans related to our Temperature Control (chillers, ac and Heat) business and its role in the Energy Transition
- Ensure effective pricing strategies are in place that reflect asset strength relative to the competition in each market.
- Market chillers and ac’s product line through effective messaging and value propositions and targeted marketing plans
- Create accountability within the business to increase equipment readiness.
- Measure and communicate progress on strategy on regular basis.
- Support and promote training and education initiatives.
- Develops product applications and enables related training.
- Works with regional operations leaders to ensure operational readiness.
We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 8 to 10 years related experience
- Experience in building product roadmap
- Understanding of product life cycle and product management process
- Experience in strategy and pricing
- Experience working with Sales teams and market conditions
- Background knowledge in project management of one or more product related fields preferred (HVAC, Electrical and Temperature, etc.)
- Sector knowledge in Manufacturing, Petrochemical, Construction and Oil & Gas
