We areseeking a Web Strategy Specialist on the digital marketing team.You will prioritize a strong focus on dataminded decisions for webstrategy including connecting the dots among stakeholders and teammembers involved finding agile ways of working and modeling acollaborative spirit.

You will help shape the vision strategy androadmap of our web approach cocreating solutions to maximize valueamong marketers communicators customer engagement professionals andmore internalpartners.

Responsibilities :

Youll be working within the U.S. affiliate s digital marketing teamfocusing on leading our holistic web strategy how we show up onlinein consistent coherent ways in keeping with our business pillarsand integrated marketing plans.

Manage andpublish content on externalfacing websites / portals and with a lenson our Marketo landing pages. This includes opportunities toimplicitly personalize and target content based on multichannelengagement.

Shape the webroadmap for our U.S. business to quickly deliver highestvalueoutcomes for customers partners and additional prioritizedaudiences

Drive cocreationof web vision and strategy including contribution to thedevelopment and implementation of SEOminded portfolio / product pagesvia deep partnership and collaboration withstakeholders

Define anddeliver the futureminded web roadmap and manage the endtoend webstrategy (including continuous discovery and trend analysis inkeeping with our overarching digital marketing strategy and web / UXprinciples

Bethe primary web strategy SME for the four core franchises Core LabPoint of Care Molecular and Pathology Labs and for functionsincluding but not limited tocommunications

Deliver on userexperience centric web display that informs and delights the enduser

Qualifications :

Bachelor sdegree in marketing communications or a relatedfield

Minimum of 58years of experience in digital product management or similarrole

Experience inUX / UI principled design with the end user s journey front of mind

Experienceworking in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus tohave

Experience withSQL queries and with backend and frontend programming languagessuch as JavaScript HTML and CSS is a plus tohave
